The National Institute for Work and Learning (NIWL) focuses on advancing research, policy, and practice to improve workforce development and learning opportunities across various sectors. Its work is crucial for shaping effective strategies that support lifelong learning, workforce readiness, and equitable economic opportunities for individuals and communities.
The purpose was to establish a unified, contemporary identity that accurately represented NIWL’s expanding mission and broad spectrum of workforce development initiatives. Additionally, it was essential to ensure the rebrand appealed to both government and educational sectors, clearly conveying the Institute’s influence on workforce education and growth.
