GE Foundation's Next Engineers initiative was started to promote diversity among students in the field of engineering. Through brand and digital strategy, the intention was to align closely to GE master brand and establish a visual language that would appeal to a younger, diverse audience.
Adapting the GE master brand to inform the child brand was key. Research and understanding led to a comprehensive and well-executed visual strategy that could stand the test of time and ultimately increase interest in the field of engineering amongst younger audiences.
